If I may ask, what length and gauge (AWG) HDMI cables are you using between the source(s) and receiver? Have you tried swapping out those cables to see if the issue persisted? Were you able to test the cable with any other devices such as directly between a source (cable box, Bluray player, gaming console, etc.) to the projector instead of from the receiver? What about another display? Also, has this been an issue since you first received the cable? Please let me know so we can look into the issue further. Just to verify, what resolution were you looking to achieve at 60hz? What is the max refresh rate that you are getting currently? Also, does the lag seem to be localized with a specific app? Please let me know so we can look into this issue further. To clarify, are the other adapters supporting 1080p at 60hz? Are there any HDMI extensions being used in this setup? Also, is the USB A cable plugged into a power source? Can we try other power adapters just for testing purposes? What about lowering the resolution to see if we can output any others at 60hz?
