Reply By Jacob Ryan, you are welcome! On all co-branded credit cards that have separate rewards and issuing bank, the rewards stay in the account regardless of the credit card status. So, do you recommend I continue to get the Visa GCs at CVS and just bring to Walmart to reload my serve? I just applied for the Serve and is still pending

Visa said that if nothing happens with Family Dollar that I can try calling them back and see what they can do but they were showing it as a purchase on their end. I used to have the Serve card back in 2013 but closed it in Jan 2014 in order to open a Bluebird in Feb 2014 (waited the 1 mth standard time to apply for BB)
