I have had it for over two years, it is easy to carry (I bought Van Goddy' bag in matching colot) and takes great pictures though I advise to buy an extra battery to swap as it may run out due to gps, I did that and do not regret it. Sometimes sharpness reached over 2200 MTF50s, which is quite good, but at longer focal lengths and regions closer to the edge of the frame, detail dropped below 800 MTF50s

When ever you switch the camera flash also gets on irrespective of the light condition which is bit annoying even if you disable the flash also that more or less in the place where you left hand generally. I had them all and as I said before getting a good Nikon S9100 is a lottery, so I got lucky with mine but even so that camera has serious focusing problems at long zoom
