This is just a rough calculation because all drinks depending on what it is being mixed with will be different but it is just to give you an idea of what you would be looking at
I used to eat a lot of Subway but the one by my school charges random prices - every single time they'll give me a different total for the exact same order so I quit going there - tired of them trying to overcharge me. The only time on the program that I have not lost weight is when I wasn't following it very well! If you follow the plan, it does work! The weight loss is somewhat slow, but it is supposed to be
