Just made these today using melted butter instead of oil and they are DIVINE! I had a massive bag of strawberries and no idea what to do with them, thank you. will I be able to replace the white chocolate with yoghurt? How much yoghurt do you think I need?One more question, I don't really like the sourness of the berries in muffins

A great combination fo ingredients all within one scrummy muffin!! Made these for my friends and they just loved them! I find that it's best if you keep the white chocolate in large chunks as this tastes best once cooked
