It seems to me the very wealthy are required to disclose all their sources of assets and incomes while other income groups would face fewer disclosure requirements. As for your first question about whether Forbes is trying to bury this article, as I pointed out, it is not, and additionally, one could argue that less extreme inequality would make for a longer billionaires list, which would be something for us all to celebrate
However, looking at current trends, my feeling is that there will be linguistic communities of people who speak blended languages that are local, not to a geographic location but to a certain type of person.
