Most people who consider themselves technologically savvy are actually creatively challenged because they lack the ability to entertain themselves without the use of flashy and colorful pixels to create their day for them. (An iPod is a better camera, it fits in my shirt pocket while I'm tread-milling while listening to music, and I don't mistake it for a cutting board!) Regarding the previous comment--maybe it's because I'm older (there weren't even black and white TVs when I was born)--but where's the humor? So much so that it is pretty much a right of passage for the teenagers in our town to work either in the orchards themselves or sorting the bad fruit from the good fruit on conveyor belts. Not without some major hiccups of which I will tell you in an upcoming post, but I survived nonetheless :) One of the things I did for the party was make a milk and cookie bar for the guests and after having planned and executed it I think I have some useful tips for those of you who might want to do one for your next event
What should you eat when you have a mouth ulcer?
After years of huge canker ulcers inside cheeks of mouth I eliminated toothpaste with Sodium Laurl sulphate, tried to find out what else was triggering ulcers and for me which is tomatoes, and tomato base stuff ie bolognese, lasagne etc, strawberries, all citrus fruits, fizzy drinks, sour candies etc, you will find out quickly if any stuff you eat and have ulcers next day to eliminate these foods or drinks, then reintroduce them and if another ulcer comes then it is one of the things upsetting your mouth. I can't move my tongue enough to move the food and it's so uncomfortable when it just sits there! -Sweets When my ulcers got really bad this time last year, I spent two weeks just living off milk, cold milk was the only thing I could stand

It might look like I've got a wrestling, choke hold on Ellie (insert the ha ha ha ha's HERE), but she fell asleep next to me, and her head kept falling to the side and forward...so I became the "neck pillow"
